6 bedrooms in total. Suitable for  10 adults and 6 children (large-sized rooms suitable for extra beds for children if needed). On the ground floor 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. On the top floor 2 bedrooms with a shared lobby and shared bathroom suitable for a couple with 2-3 children. 

Another bedroom is spacious with en-suite bathroom. 

Bedroom with gallery with two double beds (suitable for a couple with 4 children) and an en-suite bathroom. All rooms have iron Umbrian style beds and fine queen size mattresses as well as TV and air-con. All bathrooms have spacious shower facilities except one with bathtub instead.
